This Privacy Policy describes how PKS Education ("PKS", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this coming-soon site or, later, use the platform itself. This is a template to be reviewed by qualified counsel before the platform's public launch.

On this coming-soon page, we collect only what you give us through the notify form: your full name and email address. Once the platform launches, account information such as name, email, learning progress, and usage data will be collected to operate the service.

- To send you a single notification when the platform launches.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the platform once it is live.
- To respond to support requests sent to our contact channels.
3. What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your email with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Data storage
Notify-list submissions are stored securely using Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers KV). Data is retained only as long as needed to notify you about launch, or until you ask us to delete it.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing us at hello@pkseducation.com.
6. Children's privacy
PKS is an educational platform that may be used by students under 18 with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or institute. We will publish age-appropriate data handling practices ahead of public launch, in line with applicable regional requirements.
